Prison Break: S2EP01
Wow, just wow. What an opening to the start of the new season of prison break. I couldn't be more pleased with the start, although there were a few things that irk'd me a bit.
Spoilers: The FBI agent was able to figure everything within minutes of looking at the shit. I dont care how smart you are, theres no way your gonna figure that kinda stuff out that quickly. The nurse chick isn't dead... i didnt think they would kill her off completely, but i didnt expect her jesus like recovery in the hospital. And veronica getting shot = perfect, whiney little bitch. Im very intrigued to see where everythings going now, sounds like its going to be a great season. |

Oooh, I couldn't agree more. I think the first few episodes have been action-packed while still holding some surprises. And YES, thank God Veronica was killed off. Or at least, I don't think she can come back from a bullet hole to the head, but who knows.
I'm actually glad that the Doctor wasn't dead, because I like shows that have a hint of romance in them, and it seemed like there was definitely chemistry between her and Michael. You're right, though, that she went from 'death's door' to 'no problemo' within just a day or two. Now, it looks like the break from prison will have to involve breaking out her and the nephew from custody. Should be interesting. |

Yeah, last nights episode still kinda erk'd me in the way that the FBI agent seems to know everything so quickly...
and the fact that nobody was watching the military guy (cant remember his name off hand) when he was sitting on the ground talking to his daughter.... that was a little unbelievable. Im sure they would have had someone watching all the family members pretty closely. |

LOL. That was exactly what I said last night when the episode finished---that if I ever escape from prison or a similar facility, that I would NOT immediately go back to my house, family, or friends. This FBI agent is such a genius at being just one step behind Michael and yet he can't seem to nab the idiots that are hanging out in plain sight in obvious places.
I really need to learn that agent's name, because he seems to be in everything I watch lately. His storyline is certainly spot-on to Tommy Lee Jones's role in the Fugitive, isn't it? |
