Not a lot happened in this episode... I actually found it very boring, until the very end of course... but lets see what we can find:

The Plates on the jeep Rose/Bernard had in Australia have the same plate #'s as the Truck Sayid and friends were going to carry out their terrorist attack in:

Rose/Bernard Jeep & Sayids Truck:

The song Locke's playing at the end is the same one that's playing in Rose's car when Bernard helps her get out of the snow.

Locke and Helen (Peggy Bundy) can be seen on the healers wall

Possibly "Henry" on the healers wall:
