I'm a little confused same as nendo... no one ripped you for anything ABKStorm. Your post was kind of long, and two people made comments as such, everyone else tried to help or asked you a question. So where is the problem?

Hey everyone...

I have been part of the internet and been a webmaster for many years....Crap, I have a CPU degree from DeVry and I WebMaster lots of pages and make a great living, and I have been part of the net from the beginning...

I guess the reason I acted how I did (in my second post...being so hurt)....was cuz I never got involved but always watched from the outside cuz I aint no newb and I KNOW how stuff goes...But then when I got ripped a little, I took it personal...

IM SORRY ALL....My first post I just wanted answers, and knowing how stuff goes here on boards I outta have been able to handle replies....Cuz Im not going to lie...and to knock myself down...I have seen it a million times....Just let me say the equation was right with posts first time or not and feelings I had and such over CloverField being passionate to me....I took it worse than I outta...

Okay...IM Stupid....My first post, what I thought about the movie going in, I outta knew it might not be the real thing....blah, blah....I was just posting here, on the board I thought was the premiere Cloverfield place (which obviously it is), to get answers....And cuz it didn't go my way (exept for the owner)...I tunnel-visioned, and was offended and upset....

So let me say...How dare me. I can claim to be one of the founders of webpages cuz of my degree and my way of living....What am I a fu*****g idiot to think that woundnt happen?

I didnt mean to make anyone feel bad for how they responded to me...I ust wanted to bond with folks of similar interest....Sorry I took it so bad....It's just like I said...I never got involved in boards even though I know what takes place on them....

How they say....You don't see it happening to you...I guess that applies here....

CloverField is one....Like I said in my original post...How Blair Witch was.....I aint passing this up......Im sopping it up while it's here....

Oh man....Im so excited for the next stuff, and thanks to everyone for the discussions here.....I get done with work...and this is ALWAYS my first stop....no joke.....I love it....

I think one of things that caught me was the audio....Lemme explain....

During HS I was in a band, and around bands, and now every single day I listen to a different CD in head-phones while I fall asleep...I guess to just say audio plays a huge part in life with me (Favs:Chemical Brothers, Paul Oakenfold, Eminem....)....

I do have a day job, and almost EVERYONE is way into CloverField to....so it makes life fun.....to go to work and talk....especially now with the release of the DVD and such...

So being audio-enclined, and I have realized it more now....What gets me...is the audio of the monster...the screams, and the screams in the background.....oh I LOVE IT....

Like in my first post, I never said...but one of the real reasons is... TBWP was me fav movie was cuz at the end when Heather was running around fearing for her life...and came down the stairs, her screams....MY SINUSES RAN.....(only happened during one other movie...Open Water) But also hearing her screams I became so scared I closed my eyes and looked away and didnt know what happened until I saw it for the third or fourth time....Cuz I had to do it the second and third viewings to...To me that provoked enough emotion to top the charts of one of the best....

When I hear the beast scream....I have to blow my nose. I said I saw it 11 times in the theatre...My eyes didn't remain open until about the forth viewing of the film for the entire thing....

Now think about what DeJa Vu is (if yer old enough, cuz God-For-Bid that statment outta offend anyone enough to dis my entire post...hehe...)I never thought it would happen again like in TBWP....But IT DID....That provokes my top film now...modern-day....

Okay, so now I see the replies of "you wussy.....blah-blah...."...Okay, now I am ready for it...but before you get brave of mouth know that I am 36 years old, with a masters in computer science (citing this about the message boards), and i see EVERY MOVIE that comes out....Usually on opening weekend....So you can AKA me as Roger Ebert even though I don't get paid for it.....SO NOWING THAT, JUST THINK WHAT cloverfield MEANS TO ME.

I have the monsters scream as my ringtone....at work we have 23 employees....18 of them try to duplicate the monster...we even had a pool of real money to see who did it best....

I have heard it in dreams, and not a bad thing...I LOVE IT....Because very few thingts are passions in life....and you cannot necessarily all the time "MAKE" a passion in your life.....when it just happens natuarally, it's SO MUCH BETTER....

THIS IS THAT TIME....

Now you know why I feel the way I do...

((and for those of you who think im goofy....get over it, I aint....I just have found something not of my own doing which is important...and it happens to be this that yer reading about.....Trust me...im sane.....

To say one last thing...and I know lots of you are saying or thinking....oh just shut up but....

I just want to say....The reason I chose to take part in this board is because CloverField meant/means that much to me...and you know I have done lots on the net in the last 15 years....I have never taken a part like I am here....

Bottom line: I wanna be here....be here every-day, go through all this movie means to everyone.....Period....

So let me just say....I do now know the rips are coming......"Just shut up with yer stuff, we get it...."..."blah, blah..."

Fine....Do it....Cuz I expect it....

But when you wanna do that....remember this..and it's the truth....

In 15 years I never joined an internet discussion like this about something that even tho I might had passion, I never saw fit to.....

I am here now, and I'm gonna be part...even tho now I prolly came in late....But you bet yer balls Ive been watching since the beginning....

Go ahead and rip me for stuff I said. Now I don't care...My passion for this project means more than all that can happen on this board....and BTW, I'm at THIS board cuz it's the PREMIERE CLOVERFIELD PLACE ON THE INTERNET.

BTW...When it came to The Blair Witch Project....I NEVER joined anything on the net....That was me number one film before....

Make room for CLOVERFIELD.

that seems like a straight forward reply for me. more so that marks. it was short and too the point. had no addition info that wasn't needed. did u over look this post? or are you only saying marks was the post u was expecting because hes the owner.

also yeah like u said don't take stuff to heart. everyone has there own writing style online. even though sometimes some may apear hostil there realy not. its just how they put together a sentance. you should be looking out for the obvious "shut up and go away" and posts so forth

The only reason anyone said anything to you was because of the sheer amount you are repeating yourself in your posts. If you are new to message boards, and you are saying you are, let me give you a little advice, if you have a point you want to get across, say it once as clearly as you can. If you repeat yourself three of four times with slightly different wording each time, a lot of people will just skip over your posts and those who don't skip them could very well rip you for it.
Also, triple posting is very much frowned upon. Don't do it, don't even double post. There is an edit button for a reason.

I honestly don't think that Paramount or any of the cast/crew have read this forum, however I'm sure they've stumbled upon Cloverfieldnews.com (which this is the official forum for)
