California Looking To Legalize Weed For Everyone

That's right, California is trying to make weed legal for everyone. No need to bribe a doctor to give you some lame perscription for your bad eyes or your insomnia. California is looking to pass an amendment that would make weed legal and taxable by California!

With the economy the way it is, this would be huge. More tax money for the state, less stupid arrests for a tiny bit of weed and more people spending money. Weed has been dumped in the same category as harder drugs like crack and cocaine when it should be placed in the same category as things like cigarettes and alcohol, honestly it should be in it's own category since it's less harmful than alcohol. Anyways, hopefully this will make it through the proper channels and come true, but I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet. And hopefully other states see what good this would bring to the economy and adopt similar ideas.

This argument has been going on forever, and though I do think you make some strong points, I just don't see this ever happening.

Hey, they got the "medicinal" stuff passed... and that was over 10 years ago
